Watanabe Poemi (aka Kobayashi) is a ten-year girl who longs to become famous voice actor. Unfortunately, her grades in school, however, are poor, and as a voice actor are even worse... But when a mysterious alien starts to kills people that lives with Kobayashi, and began to make havoc around Tokyo, the life of Poemi-chan changed completely. She grabs a talking fish, skinned it, thereby transforming the fish in the rod, takes off her socks and... so our heroine turns into a magical girl Puni Puni Poemi. Now only she can save the world and people. Will Kobayashi and the sisters Aasu succeed to prevent the vile plans of the evil? Will Poemi-chan survive after her first love disappointment?
